I must admit, I hate reality shows. The only ones I can bring myself to watch are the dance shows (and I'm not too crazy about DANCING WITH THE STARS). This show, however,is amazing. Always fresh, exciting, suspenseful, entertaining and intimate. I found myself caring about each and every dancer (even those I disliked). I've learned about styles of dance I didn't even know existed. Everyone involved with the creation and execution of this program deserves kudos; but special recognition should be awarded Elizabeth Berkely as host. She manages to make her often repeated "You're safe" and "The show's over" sound fresh week after week. "Step It Up And Dance" is a perfect 10!
