Exclusive ‘Bombshell’ Clip: Nicole Kidman and Charlize Theron Want to Expose the Culture of Abuse
Bombshell wasn’t quite as explosive as its makers would’ve hoped, landing in theaters in December not with a bang but with more of a quiet poof of air. However, there was enough wind under Bombshell’s sails to garner stars Charlize Theron and Margot Robbie acting nominations at the Oscars as well a hair and make-up win. But as the Jay […]

Liam Neeson Reveals He Used Butt Double in Scene with Charlize Theron: 'I Hate My Irish Butt'
Liam Neeson‘s stuntman took one for the team.

On Thursday, the Oscar-nominated actor, 67, revealed to Watch What Happens Live viewers and host Andy Cohen that he declined to show his bare backend on the big screen, instead enlisting his longtime stunt double Mark Vanselow to complete the shot.

“I hate my Irish butt, okay?” joked Neeson.

The memorable scene in question is from 2014’s A Million Ways to Die in the West, directed by Family Guy‘s Seth MacFarlane. In the comedy, Neeson plays the villainous cowboy Clinch, who is knocked out by Charlize Theron‘s Anna in order to escape his clutch.

Tiffany Will Reportedly Appear In Child’s Play Sequel, Charlize Theron Eyed
Orion made the bold move to reboot the Child’s Play franchise last summer, with the new movie offering a completely different take on Chucky. Mark Hamill voiced the killer doll, who this time wasn’t a regular toy possessed by a serial killer – like Brad Dourif’s version – but an A.I. house assistant with a defective sense of right and wrong. Despite this massive change, there were still familiar elements in the film, though, and another icon from the series could appear in the sequel.

We Got This Covered has heard from our sources – the same one that previously told us a Scream reboot was in the works and that the leads in Ghostbusters: Afterlife would be young teens, both of which turned out to be true – that a follow-up to the remake is definitely moving forward. What’s more, we’ve been informed that a reimagined Tiffany will very

According to the police report, Duncan was able to avoid being shot and acted in self-defense when he killed Cheryl and Robert. The report has listed the incident as "justifiable homicide." It is believed that Chery and Lindsay had a pretty rocky relationship after their marriage fell apart in 2009 after 10 years together.

VFX Society Slams Oscar Jokes About ‘Cats,’ Says CGI ‘Will Not Compensate for a Story Told Badly’
Like Thor’s computer-generated hammer raining down on his enemies, Hollywood’s Visual Effects Society is speaking out against last night’s Academy Awards telecast for making them the butt of a joke.

In a scathing statement, the group of more than 4,000 artisans expressed offense over the presentation of the Oscar for best visual effects — which featured “Cats” stars James Corden and Rebel Wilson decked out in fur suits, poking fun at their musical misfire on stage at the Dolby Theatre.

“Last night, in presenting the Academy Award for outstanding visual effects, the producers chose to make visual effects the punchline, and suggested that bad VFX were to blame for the poor performance of the movie ‘Cats,'” the statement said. “The best visual effects in the world will not compensate for a story told badly. The Visual Effects Society is focused on recognizing, advancing and honoring visual effects as

Inside the Vanity Fair Oscar Party With Adam Sandler, Timothee Chalamet and Billie Eilish
If you promise not to tell anyone, we’ll sneak you inside the Vanity Fair Oscar party. At around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday night, “Little Women” director Greta Gerwig was standing next to Noah Baumbach. Although neither of them had won any Oscars, they should get a prize for most popular Hollywood couple as they kept getting stopped by their famous friends.

The crowds parted, and one of the bigger movie stars approached. Here was Adam Sandler. No, he hadn’t attended the Oscars (which robbed him of a best actor nomination for “Uncut Gems”), but he was wearing a suit with most of the shirt buttons open, a nod to his casual dad aesthetic. He offered Baumbach a bro handshake, gathering in a circle with Adam Driver (all three worked together on the 2017 comedy “The Meyerowitz Stories.”)

As they talked, the normally pensive Driver cracked a smile. Baumbach bit into an In-n-Out hamburger,

The actress took to Twitter Monday to praise both performers.

"While everyone recovers from the woke speech industrial complex, I’m grateful for the multi-talented Woc @JanelleMonae (bi+ pan queer icon) & @CynthiaEriVo who owned in every way & remind princess Hollywood barbies what a Queen looks like. No shade just sharp reflective glitter," she shared with her followers.

Oscars: Every woman who won Best Actress for playing a real life person
Oscar voters have shown from the beginning that they love actors who portray historic people. Perhaps it’s because they can make easy comparisons. Or, more likely, it’s because they are often heroic figures. Tour our photo gallery of every single woman who has won the Best Actress category at the Academy Awards for playing a true life character.

The very first woman to win the illustrious prize for stepping into a real person’s shoes was Luise Rainer, who portrayed entertainer Anna Held in the biopic “The Great Ziegfeld” (1936). Rainer, who died in 2014 at the age of 104, was the first performer to win back-to-back Oscars for acting, taking this prize the very next year for “The Good Earth.”

Since then, actresses as varied as Olivia Colman (“The Favourite” in 2018), Meryl Streep (“The Iron Lady” in 2011), Sandra Bullock (“The Blind Side” in 2009), Marion Cotillard (“La vie en Rose” in

From Leonardo DiCaprio to Timothee Chalamet, What You Didn’t See on TV at the Oscars

From Leonardo DiCaprio to Timothee Chalamet, What You Didn’t See on TV at the Oscars
The Oscars made history on Sunday night by awarding “Parasite” best picture, the first time in the 92-year-history of the telecast that a foreign-language film took home the top statue.

Indeed, it was a big night for “Parasite,” which won a total of four Academy Awards, including best director for Bong Joon Ho, who — along with his translator Sharon Choi — stole the show. The twisty drama about a wealthy family in South Korea was the underdog coming into the evening, as many pundits predicted that the best picture prize would go to “1917,” Sam Mendes’ sprawling World War I epic.

Inside the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, it was clear that the audience was on team “Parasite,” as there was thunderous applause every time Bong took the stage. But there were also other highs (and some lows) during the ceremony. As Variety takes you inside the Oscars, here’s what TV viewers didn’t see at home.
